Refund policy
Damaged Items
I do my best to package your custom orders very carefully to avoid any damage to the item(s), however I am happy to replace or refund an item if it is damaged during transit and arrives in an unusable condition.
Please contact me within three (3) days of your order delivery if your order arrives damaged or is defective. Please include your order number and a description of how your item is damaged/defective in the message. You may be asked to provide a photograph of the damaged/defective item after making your replacement/refund request.
Cancellations
Once an order has been placed it can’t be cancelled.
Change Of Mind
There are no refunds or returns for "change of mind" on any orders. If an item is damaged or defective, I am happy to replace or refund the item (see “Damaged Items” above).
Sale Items
There are no refunds or returns for any sale item. A sale item is any item that has been discounted from its original price, including items purchased with a discount code. However, I am happy to replace or refund an item purchased on sale if the item is damaged (please see "damaged items" above).
Conditions of sale
Refunds
In the event an item is refunded:
- The refund payment can only be sent to the original payment method you used when you made the purchase. If you no longer have access to that payment method, you will need to contact the bank or agency to claim the funds after the refund is sent.
- Please allow up to seven (7) business days for processing your refund. Once your refund is processed it may take up to ten (10) business days for you to receive the funds back into your account.
Returns
In the event an item needs to be returned:
- You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise communicated by DDDMemories.
- The item needs to be returned in its original condition. For an item to be considered in its "original condition", the item must be undamaged (aside from any said damages stated in your return claim)
- If the item is not returned in its original condition, you will be held financially responsible for any loss in value.
- The item needs to be returned within 30 days of delivery.
